Volunteer Requirements:
It is each teams responsibility to make sure they are staffed at their scheduled time. There will be a $50.00 team fine for any missed shifts, and a good possibility that you will be scheduled for an additional shift on top of the shift that you missed.
If there is a conflict between your time and when you are playing we will fix that. We will NOT be rescheduling teams because you cannot find anybody to staff your time. Between all the parents on the team you should be able to find 2 people to staff a few times a season. We will be covering this in our coaches meeting, but it was important that all members are aware as this is not just a coaches responsibility.
